My previous vehicle broke down so I was in such a panic to find something new quickly! After researching many vehicles, I stumbled upon a Jeep Shayne had listed. It was absolutely perfect. We had been looking for this particular Mercedes model and had not the best of luck.
My husband saw this online and we called to inquire. Since we were traveling a couple of hours to get there, we wanted a bit more information to determine if it was worth our drive. The staff were more than accommodating, knowledgeable and very friendly over the phone.
Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and the office was inviting and friendly. The car was immaculate inside and out, test-drive was perfect with no hidden surprises. The purchase was very efficient and we were headed back home in a very short time.
We would highly recommend Bavaria Auto Outlet to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle that you can feel confident they care about what you drive.

I live out of state in Iowa so I was really leary to drive all the way just to test-drive a truck. I was reassured through all the extra pictures I requested and paperwork that followed the vehicle inspection that it was clean as they claimed it was. Once I got up there , they did not disappoint. I really appreciated all the extra work they did to assure I would not waste my time traveling that far to see the truck in person. Ended up driving that truck home!

After test driving several vehicles at a different dealership with no luck, we stopped by Bavaria Auto Outlet to see if they had anything for my son. We originally went to test-drive an SUV but were told it probably wasn't the best option for him. I appreciate the honesty! We test drove a Honda Civic instead and decided to purchase it. My daughter found her Jeep through Facebook Marketplace. We took it for a test-drive and she fell in love! There was a tiny paint chip above the windshield and they had it fixed in time for us to pick it up! Great fast service, in and out within minutes!!
